Milkshake Retracts Affair Allegations Against Davido Amid Threats and Confusion
Milkshake, the woman who recently sparked controversy with claims involving Afrobeats star Davido, has now stepped back from those accusations.
She initially accused Davido of cheating on his wife, Chioma, just weeks before their wedding, naming a woman called Jessie Awazie as the alleged mistress.
Milkshake further alleged that Davido paid a hefty sum to keep a sex tape private, provided Jessie with luxury gifts and five-star hotel stays, and financially supported her business.
The story grew more complicated when Milkshake claimed that Jessie had been linked to several top musicians, including Burna Boy, Zoro, and Shina Peller, urging anyone involved with her to get tested.
But in a surprising turn, Milkshake took to Snapchat to clarify that she never explicitly named Davido in her posts.
She explained her remarks were directed solely at Jessie following a personal conflict.
According to her, the initial posts were a response to being wronged, and since then, she has faced threats.
She also revealed that some of the posts circulating under her name were made by someone else using a fake account, stressing that she has no reason to hide behind anonymity and has been addressing the matter openly on her real social media accounts.
This sudden reversal has added layers of uncertainty to an already tangled story, leaving many wondering about the truth and the pressures behind such public disputes.
