Minister Balaam’s Prayer Answered as General Muhoozi Returns to X
In a surprising turn of events, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and Senior Presidential Adviser for Special Operations, has reactivated his X account (formerly Twitter), just days after announcing his departure on January 10, 2025.

Notably, his decision to return aligns with the wishes of Balaam Barugahara, the Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs.
Minister Balaam had prayed for the General Muhoozi’s comeback, referring to him as the “supreme commander.”
