Mun G Opens Up About Life as Matovu Emmanuel Mungi
Rapper Mun G has shared a deeper side of himself, revealing who he really is as Matovu Emmanuel Mungi, a father, husband, and a man beyond the spotlight.
Speaking on Deep Talk, the rapper explained that he does not live a double life and remains the same person whether on stage or at home.
I am really the same person. I am easy going, I love fun, I like cracking jokes, and I enjoy being around people. I am not too serious. Even as a father, I do not want my son to take me as someone who is overly serious.
Mun G also shared what being a spouse means to him, saying his focus is on responsibility while staying true to his values as a man.
I want to be able to provide. I have values I believe in as a man, and I want to live up to them. I want to provide security, food, shelter, and clothing. I want to be a man. But I also do not want to be too serious while doing that, because I have learned that life is never that serious.
When it comes to handling marital disagreements, Mun G said he is quick to apologize but also expects the same when his partner is wrong.
I apologize very quickly when I am wrong. I say sorry fast, that is something I know about myself. But if I am not in wrong, then I expect the other person to apologize to me.
