Mzee Kawato Opens Up About Financial Struggles After Viral Breakthrough

“In waaaa, wawawa In waaaa” sensation Mzee Kawato has revealed that the fame he and his son achieved online did not bring the financial stability many assume.

Kawato, who went viral with his son Dexta Rapper, says their success led to numerous bookings, including international shows.

However, he claims most of the earnings never reached them following a fallout with their former manager, who allegedly mishandled the funds.

Regarding his son, Kawato shared that Dexta is currently in Kasese pursuing his Senior Four education.

He expressed concern about his son’s environment and hopes to guide him more closely to keep him focused.

Facing economic hardship, Kawato says he now depends on support from well-wishers as he works to rebuild.

Despite what many believe, he says the viral fame did not make him wealthy.

He adds that he is now starting from scratch and hopes to invest in property in the future.

Kawato emphasized he remains energetic and available for performances and other bookings.
