Nasty C Reveals He Has Been Struggling Emotionally

South African rapper Nasty C has shared a personal update with fans, revealing that the past few months have been emotionally challenging.

In a video posted on Instagram, the rapper said he has not been in the right mental space and has struggled to stay positive.

Because of this, he explained that he has not been able to post the usual entertaining and energetic content his followers expect.

Nasty C said the situation started late last year and has continued in recent months.

I haven’t been in the right headspace to make any kind of cool, happy content because I have not been happy. I’ve been going through it. I’ve been just in the pits for the past couple of months, man, since December. December, Jan, Feb.

The rapper, however, reassured fans that the difficulties are personal and have nothing to do with his music career.

Despite opening up about the situation, he asked fans not to send sympathy messages.

I’m not asking for you, for your I’m sorries or I love yous and all that stuff. I don’t want none of that stuff. Please, please, please, please. Thank you.

Instead, Nasty C encouraged supporters to keep supporting his work and asked them to pre-save the deluxe version of his first full-length album released as an independent artiste.
