Nasty C Shuts Down Kampala with Explosive Ivyson Tour Stop

South African rap sensation Nasty C brought Kampala to life on Saturday night with a thrilling performance at Motiv Bugolobi during his Ivyson Tour stop. The concert, part of the Aumex Conference, drew fans from across the country eager to witness one of Africa’s biggest hip-hop stars in action.
The Ivyson Tour, known for its fan-driven format, allows supporters to vote and pledge tickets to bring the show to their cities. Kampala made it to Round 3, surpassing 200 pledges, earning Ugandans a night to remember. Nasty C took the stage alongside Uganda’s own Echoled, City Girl, Expect Xhavi, Son of Aboda, Vini Mercy, Tungi, and DJ Tony, performing chart-toppers like “SMA,” “Zulu Man,” “Jack,” and “Palm Trees.”
The Aumex Conference, held from November 6 to 8, created a space for artists, producers, and industry professionals to connect and learn from top executives from Mavin Records, Warner Music Group, and Virgin Music. Tickets ranged from 30,000 to 180,000 UGX, with premium Ivyson Max holders enjoying a special meet-and-greet.
