Navio Explains Bobi Wine’s Absence at “Orchestra Experience” Concert
For years, whenever Ugandan rapper Navio held a concert, Bobi Wine could almost always be found in the audience.
That, however, was not the case at Navio’s latest concert at Serena, where the singer-turned-politician was noticeably absent.
Fans, critics, and commentators were quick to notice, and to worry about their bond.
When asked about it during a sit-down with Daily Soup, Navio explained that it was all due to Bobi Wine’s presidential campaign.
There is what you call a presidential campaign. It is not a campaign for school treasurer, or Makerere. It is for the country, Uganda. So people are definitely going to be busy, and he was busy. He was busy this time.
He added that Bobi Wine made sure he was still represented at the event.
He could not make it, but he sent representatives, and there were a lot of people. All his brothers were there. Everyone was there.
Fans can now rest assured that the “Badman From Kamwokya” collaborators remain close.
And it was just a matter of timing on October 4.
