Next Media Services Opens Invitation to Bid for 2026–2028 Pre-Qualification

How to Participate

1. Purchase of Bid Documents

To obtain the official bidding documents, applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000, which covers up to three service categories.
Those who wish to bid for more than three categories will need to pay an additional amount as guided by the procurement team.

After payment, bidders must email the payment receipt to:

Soft copies of the bidding documents will then be shared via email.

2. Submission of Bids

Completed bid documents must be submitted electronically to:

Deadline:
December 12th, 2025 at 5:00 PM (exact date to be confirmed in the pre-qualification document).
Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Notification of Results

Next Media Services has indicated that there will be no public bid opening.
Successful and unsuccessful bidders will be notified via email by 31st December 2025.
