Omega 256 Rejects Claims of Male Sponsorship, Stresses Women’s Ability to Fund Their Own Looks
Western Uganda’s music sensation, Omega 256, has dismissed the notion that a woman’s good looks are always funded by a man or, in some cases, multiple men.
The singer, born Shamim Murerwa, emphasized that women can manage their own lives and maintain their appearance without relying on financial support from others.
“My looks are the result of my own efforts,” she said, adding, “Women are more than capable of taking care of themselves.”
Omega 256 also made it clear that she is currently single, asserting that her independence speaks for itself.
“If there is no ring on my finger, there is no man in my life,” she stated.
She further clarified that when faced with challenges, she turns to her family or manager for support, dismissing any claims that men are financially backing her.
