Afrobeats star Oxlade says he learned how to compose music properly thanks to Fireboy DML.

Fireboy DML, whose real name is Adedamola Adefolahan, is a popular Nigerian singer and songwriter known for his smooth voice and hit Afrobeats songs.

He is famous for tracks like “Bandana” and “Vibration” and is signed to YBNL Nation.

The “Kulusa” singer revealed that Fireboy’s mentorship early in his career changed his life.

Oxlade praised Fireboy’s songwriting skills as the best in the Nigerian music scene.

He said Fireboy was far ahead when it came to writing music and helped him transition into making better songs before he started doing his own thing.
