Petition to Remove Bad Bunny from Super Bowl Halftime Passes 120,000 Signatures

A petition to remove Bad Bunny from the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show has passed 120,000 signatures.

The backlash followed a recent Grammy acceptance speech where he spoke about immigration and human dignity, saying in Spanish that people are not animals but humans and Americans.

Supporters praised the message, while critics called it too political.

The petition asks the National Football League to replace the Puerto Rican music star with country singer George Strait, arguing the halftime show should reflect traditional American values and be family friendly.

Despite the campaign, the NFL has confirmed he will still headline the halftime show at Super Bowl LX on February 8, 2026.
