Ritah Kaggwa Denies Scamming Young Ugandans Over Jobs Abroad
UK-based Ugandan blogger Ritah Kaggwa has hit back at claims that she scammed young Ugandans by promising them jobs abroad.
Appearing on Sanyuka Crossfire, Kaggwa was quick to clear the air, explaining how her recruitment company really works.
I have never taken anyone abroad. I am the CEO of RK Recruitment in the United Kingdom, and I provide jobs to white people and Ugandans who are already there. My company does not have a license to export labor.
She also revealed the kinds of jobs her agency provides.
Mine is a recruitment agency for cleaners, caregivers for the elderly, and shamba-maids who make beds.
Kaggwa ended by stressing that her company is not a labor exporting business and that nowhere is it written that it is.
