Salvador Warns Rumor Spreaders: “I Will Always Fight Back”
In today’s social media era, information spreads faster than ever.
While some of it is true, much of it is false, and celebrities often find themselves at the center of swirling rumors and accusations.
Many choose to stay silent, hoping the chatter will die down on its own.
Ugandan comedian Patrick Salvador Idringi, however, has taken a different approach.
He refuses to let false claims about him go unchallenged and is determined to take control of his own story.
Speaking on his X account, Salvador made his stance clear:
I will always dictate my narrative when false accusations are made. Many of my friends get bothered when I respond to people, especially here on X. I will not sit back and ignore a false narrative about me, no matter whom it is from.
For Salvador, responding to lies is about making sure everyone knows the truth.
You make a false claim, I will share my narrative. You attack me, well, let us just say I will return the favor. One thing I know is I got the receipts of the truth, and the truth always wins.
He also explained why false stories often gain more attention than positive news.
Most false claims are what they are, false. But there are a lot of miserable people on here seeking approval from their colleagues against someone who is not miserable. Misery loves company. That is why a false claim by someone will get so much traction compared to when there is news about a win.
Salvador believes many people are quick to believe negative stories because they want to be part of the “bandwagon.”
And in most cases, it is easily believable because the bad mind nature loves bandwagon. They do not want to suffer alone, they need company. These things of keeping silent just add to the problem.
By speaking out, Salvador shows he will always fight back against false claims.
He is determined not to stay silent and wants the truth to be heard clearly by everyone.
