Sanyuka TV & Busoga Royal Radio Shut down Namutumba in Spectacular “Sanyuka At 10” Eastern Tour

Sanyuka TV, Uganda’s leading entertainment and lifestyle television station, continues to celebrate a decade of excellence with its nationwide “Sanyuka At 10” tour.

The latest stop saw the broadcaster partner with Busoga Royal Radio to bring the festivities to Namutumba in Eastern Uganda, where they delivered an electrifying experience that left fans and residents buzzing with excitement.

The Namutumba stop was a sight to behold, drawing crowds from all corners of the region for a day filled with electrifying performances, captivating cultural showcases, and exciting giveaways.

Fans were treated to live music from some of Uganda’s top artistes, interactive sessions with Sanyuka TV personalities, and behind-the-scenes anecdotes from the station’s remarkable 10-year journey.

The energy of the crowd and the warmth of the community were unmistakable, reflecting the deep connection that Sanyuka TV has cultivated with its audience over the years.

Nicholas Ngobi, the station’s Brand Manager, shared his thoughts on the event, highlighting the significance of reaching out to fans across Uganda:

“Our 10-year journey is a celebration of the people who have made Sanyuka TV a household name. Taking Sanyuka At 10 to the East, alongside Busoga Royal Radio, has been a truly incredible experience. The energy and love from Namutumba have been overwhelming, and it’s a sign of even bigger things to come as we continue our tour across the country,” Ngobi said.

The partnership with Busoga Royal Radio was instrumental in mobilizing the community and amplifying the celebrations.

As a trusted voice in Eastern Uganda, the station played a vital role in rallying revelers and ensuring the event resonated deeply with the region’s residents.

One of the event’s standout moments was the Wakabi Talent Search, Sanyuka TV’s initiative to discover and nurture fresh local talent.

Aspiring singers, dancers, and media enthusiasts showcased their skills on stage, competing for cash prizes and other rewards.

The contest not only energized the crowd but also reinforced Sanyuka TV’s commitment to supporting the next generation of entertainers in Uganda.

Following the success in Namutumba, Sanyuka TV is gearing up to take the celebrations to new heights in upcoming activations.

The next stops on the “Sanyuka At 10” tour promise even more thrilling performances, bigger prizes, and unforgettable memories.

In the Easter holidays alone the will take on the impossible task of being in Aero Beach, Entebbe and Kavumba Recreation Ground on Easter Monday there after heading to Kaliro on April 26, 2025.

As the tour rolls on, Sanyuka TV promises this is just the beginning, they will continue to cover various regions across the country.
