Scorpion Shabbah Dismisses Arrest Rumors, Declares Himself Ghetto President
By Arthur Bogere Kazibwe
Rising artiste Scorpion Shabbah is setting the record straight after reports surfaced over the weekend alleging that he had been arrested.
In an exclusive interview with Sanyuka Uncut, the ghetto-born performer firmly denied the claims.
All those claims are false. I am the one who actually caught them at my residence.
According to Shabbah, the first group of police officers who arrived at his home were friends of his.
However, a second group soon followed (armed and unfamiliar), raising concerns about their intentions.
The artiste used the moment to assert his leadership in the community, officially naming himself the Ghetto President.
He also issued a pointed warning to fellow artists Kabaya and Buchaman, urging them to stop using the same title.
According to him, there should be no more confusion about who leads the ghetto.
