Selecta Jeff Names Sheebah “Artiste of the Decade”

Ugandan DJ and music curator Selecta Jeff is giving Sheebah Karungi her flowers, and then some.

In a post shared on X, Jeff praised the singer’s dominance over the past ten years, calling her the most consistent performer of the era.

It is only fair to say that Sheebah Karungi is the Artiste of the Decade.

He was quick to shut down the idea that his recognition was limited by gender categories.

Not ‘female artiste’, but artiste of the decade.

Jeff pointed to Sheebah’s steady output of hit songs as proof of her staying power.

We have not had any other artiste that has consistently dropped Bangers year in, year out for 10 years straight.

Only one other name came to mind when discussing artistes with similar impact.

I think the closest to Sheebah is Fik Fameica.
