Sergio Ramos Releases Debut Song “Cibeles”
Football star Sergio Ramos has launched his first single, “Cibeles,” named after Madrid’s famous Plaza de Cibeles, where Real Madrid celebrates its victories.
The track mixes singing and rapping, with Ramos reflecting on his time at Real Madrid and the emotions of leaving the club in 2021.
Lyrics hint at disappointment toward club president Florentino Pérez.
The official video has over 600,000 views on YouTube, drawing a mix of reactions from fans.
Ramos has previous music experience, including Spain’s Euro 2016 anthem “La Roja Baila” and a collaboration with Demarco Flamenco.
He has also performed with the Flamenco band Ojos de Brujo.
Now playing for Monterrey in Mexico, Ramos plans a new song with Mexican singer Carín León, combining flamenco and regional Mexican music.
With “Cibeles,” Ramos shows a creative side beyond football, adding another dimension to his career.
