Shakib Says Losing to Rickman Showed Him His Real Friends
Socialite Shakib Cham Lutaaya has revealed that his loss to singer Rickman Manrick turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
According to Shakib, the defeat opened his eyes and helped him separate genuine friends from people who were only around him during good times.
Shakib explained that after his win against media personality JK Kazoora on October 12, 2024, his phone would not stop ringing, with many people rushing to congratulate him and show support.
However, he says everything changed when he lost his corporate boxing match to Rickman on August 30, 2025.
Shakib revealed that some people he believed supported him were among those laughing at him.
He added that one thing he appreciates about corporate boxing is how quickly it teaches life lessons, especially about friendships and loyalty.
