The rumours did not sit well with Shimza.
On 9 September 2025, he hit the gym and shared a video of himself running 5 km on a treadmill.
The clip quickly went viral, giving fans a front-row view of his work-out.
He also addressed the critics directly, joking: “I laugh with you, at me, that way everyone is happy.”
His playful message made it clear he was taking the speculation in stride.
While he admitted he did not expect to defend his fitness journey online, the video served as proof that his transformation is the result of hard work, not shortcuts.
