Soso Says It Is Weird for Actors to Expect “Good Kisses” on Set
For many actors, kisses on set are just another part of the script, and Sophia Chisom says that is exactly how she approaches them.
The actress, popularly known as Soso, recently spoke about intimate scenes while reacting to colleagues who claimed they have never had a “good kiss” in Nollywood.
She admitted that she finds such conversations strange because actors are simply doing their jobs on set.
Whenever I see a colleague complaining that they did not get a good kiss it is weird.
Soso revealed that she does not use her tongue during kissing scenes because she is careful about exchanging saliva with different co stars.
Instead, she focuses on making the performance look realistic without becoming overly intimate.
You are not supposed to get a good kiss, it is a job… My teeth are always close during kissing scenes so it is just the lips. But because it is an act, we have to make it believable.
