Spice Diana Reveals Her Biggest Gratitude of 2025

2025 has been a hectic year for Spice Diana, both on and off the stage.

Musically, the songbird kept fans entertained, releasing about six songs, with hits like “Award,” “Nzigulawo,” and “Kagobako.”

Off the stage, drama has surrounded her career, including spats with fellow singers Uncle Chumi, Nina Roz, Sheebah Karungi, and even a reported fallout with her manager, Roger.

Much has happened in Spice Diana’s career this year, and she is now reflecting on the positives and what she is truly grateful for.

For her, it is not her music that tops the list. It is simply being alive.

2025 has been fair. 50/50. But the best thing of all is that we are alive and we have finished the year. That is what matters.

As for her greatest achievement this year, she told Sanyuka Uncut:

Life, because many have died and have not been able to make it to the end. Anyway, we have not entered the new year, but at least we made it to December. I am alive. I do not have any relative in need. Alhamdulillah. Even those around me, some I know, some I do not know, Alhamdulillah.

Her gratitude is only fitting given the terrifying incident she survived earlier this year.

On the morning of October 18, Spice Diana was attacked with stones and pavers while returning home from pre-birthday celebrations.

She was traveling with three friends in her Range Rover, and the attack left her deeply traumatized.

Thankfully, no one in the car was physically harmed.

Having survived such a frightening ordeal, it is no surprise that Spice Diana considers the gift of life, and making it to the end of 2025, her greatest achievement.
