Spice Diana Speaks Out: My Career Comes Before Any Man

Singer Spice Diana, real name Hajarah Namukwaya, has spoken out about her life, priorities, and the challenges she has overcome during a recent media interview.

The singer, known for her resilience and determination, shared how her upbringing shaped her outlook on life and career.

Reflecting on her childhood, Spice Diana revealed how growing up in the ghetto with a single mother taught her to make independent decisions.

“I have experienced it all, growing up in various situations with a single mother in the ghetto. I feel confident in my ability to know what is best for me at any given time and age,” she said.

She dismissed claims that her decisions are influenced by others, saying, “Whatever decisions I make are about me and my life because no one knows me better than I know myself.”

Spice Diana also expressed her clarity about starting a family in the future, stating, “I am a family-oriented person even though I do not have children of my own yet. I know what I want as a person and when I want to start a family.”

The singer reflected on her early responsibilities, revealing that she was already taking care of others as a teenager.

“At the age of sixteen, I was already paying school fees for my siblings,” she shared, highlighting her nurturing side.

Addressing speculation that she might abandon her career for a relationship, Spice Diana firmly refuted such claims.

“No one can tell me that Spice Diana abandoned her career because of a man. That is simply not true. My career always comes first, even before any man,” she declared.

She concluded by further emphasizing the demands of her profession, saying, “At times, my job keeps me so busy that even my mother goes for long periods without seeing me.”
