Success in Music Is Not Just About Talent — Feffe Bussi
Feffe Bussi has shared his take on talent and hard work, and he is putting effort ahead of natural ability.
The Lugaflow emcee says success in music is not always about talent, but about how much work an artiste is willing to put in.
Speaking to industry bloggers, he said some artistes may not be the most talented, yet still stand out through hard work.
I have seen many artistes who may lack talent but are incredibly hardworking. For example, Gravity Omutujju may not be very talented, but he works hard. The same goes for Eddy Kenzo and Big Eye, they are both hardworking.

To back his point, Feffe Bussi referenced remarks by Navio, saying talent alone only plays a small role in success.
I recall an interview where Navio said that talent and passion are important for excellence, but talent contributes only about 30 percent to success. People who realize they may not be the most talented often push themselves harder. This hard work and passion can sometimes lead them to outperform those who are naturally talented.
For him, the difference comes down to discipline and consistency, not just talent.
