T-Paul Speaks Out on Concert Date Clash with Sheebah

Singer T-Paul has addressed the growing conversation around his upcoming concert date, which happens to coincide with fellow artiste Sheebah Karungi’s show.

T-Paul is set to hold his concert on 22nd August at Lugogo Cricket Oval, the same night Sheebah will be performing at the Kampala Serena Hotel.

While some fans have raised eyebrows over the clash, T-Paul has made it clear that there was no intention to compete.

I announced first. We had already picked the date and the information was making rounds.

The singer admitted that Sheebah’s announcement caused a bit of tension, but maintained that he is not bothered.

But of course, when she announced, there was some tension. But it is a free and open market.

Despite the overlap, T-Paul believes both concerts can thrive because they appeal to different crowds.

The pressure is there but our audiences are totally different.

With both artistes confident in their respective lanes, it remains to be seen how the night of 22nd August will play out.
