The Mith Teases Big Concert Plans After Years of Small Venues
When it comes to Ugandan hip-hop, the name The Mith is impossible to ignore.
The veteran rapper has been in the game for years and has released several studio albums and extended plays.
Yet fans continue to wonder why he has not held a concert like Navio, GNL Zamba, Mun G, or Feffe Bussi.
Speaking on Evening Rush Reloaded, The Mith shared some insight into his approach.
We are different in the things that we want. I used to do smaller venues. I have done very many small venues. Actually, last December I did The Villa. I enjoy smaller venues because I like the intimacy, being able to talk to someone. I like those types of things.
But do not count him out of the big league just yet.
The Mith hinted that a major concert could be on the horizon.
I do feel like I even I want to do something bigger, something grander. And yeah, right after October 4 we should be announcing something, but it will be for next year.
Navio’s concert is set for October 4, and the “Fire (Lighter)” hitmaker promises to announce something big of his own right after.
For now, fans will just have to wait and see what he has in store.
