The Reason Geosteady Takes Time Between Songs
Geosteady has explained why he avoids releasing music back to back, setting himself apart from a common trend in the local music scene.
Speaking on Sanyuka Bigenda Bitya, the “Tokendeeza” singer said understanding your audience is key to planning releases.
If you understand your audience, you are set and good to go.
He added that his fans prefer to spend time absorbing his music instead of being overwhelmed with constant new releases.
My audience is not for back-to-back releases. My audience needs to listen to my music and understand it… and listening to and understanding a song takes about a month, or two, or three. Then we can have another song.
After six months away from the scene for rehabilitation, Geosteady made his return with the track “Nze Naawe.”
