Twahira Akandinda, widow of the late legislator Muhammad Ssegirinya, has dismissed the recent DNA results that ruled her son out as his biological child.

Speaking to Sanyuka TV, the 30-year-old said the results were fabricated to tarnish her image and divert public attention.

Let me make this very clear. Everything you have seen or heard about the DNA. Those so-called results are all fake. They are lies being used to distract the public.

She claimed the issue is not about paternity, but about control of the late Member of Parliament’s estate.

This is not about a child. It is not about DNA. This is entirely about property. That is what they are fighting over.

According to her, Ssegirinya left behind land, houses, and businesses that are now at the center of a silent battle.

Those results were fabricated to turn the public against me. But I know the truth, and soon, everyone else will too.

She also made it clear that she will not back down and will fight to the end to ensure she safeguards her late husband’s property.
