“We all did not see this coming; Nina Roz going political,” MC Kats remarked during an exclusive interview with the singer on NBS After 5.

The songstress, who is now also a women’s activist and aspiring politician, appeared on Uganda’s leading entertainment show hosted by Douglas Lwanga, MC Kats, Viana Indi, DJ Roja, and DJ Mercy.

She shared how she has transitioned from focusing solely on music to exploring politics and empowerment work, urging young women to diversify their skills and income sources.

“It is crucial to have something that adds value to your life beyond music,” she said, encouraging creatives, especially women, to consider ventures like coffee growing alongside their artistic careers.

Nina also revealed that she returned to school and is pursuing further studies at ISBAT, proving that growth never stops.

The visit concluded with the premiere of her new single “Omukazi,” an anthem celebrating womanhood, resilience, and strength.
