Uzor Arukwe on Why Independent Women Win in Love

Nollywood actor Uzor Arukwe is urging single women to focus on self-development before hoping to marry a rich and caring man.

He made the remarks while responding to online praise for his character, Odogwu, a caring billionaire in the movie Love In Every World 2, which fans have hailed as the ultimate ideal man.

Arukwe pointed out that Chioma, Odogwu’s love interest played by Bambam, was already successful and self-sufficient before he supported her.

The actor explained that a strong, industrious woman naturally attracts the right partner, noting that Odogwu never needed to question Chioma’s value because her independence and ambition were clear.

Arukwe encouraged women to build their own worth first, saying that when they do, the right partner will naturally appear to complement and support them.

While we are basking in our delulu, it is important to remember that Odogwu saw Chioma as a valuable woman before throwing his full weight to support her. He did not even need to ask what she brings to the table because it was clear she is an industrious woman. So as a woman, build value for yourself first, and your Odogwu will locate you to become your helpmate that makes everything easier to handle.
