Viboyo to Gen Z: Vinka’s Story Proves Anything is Possible

Vinka’s journey is proof that you can start small and still end up on top.

Swangz Avenue musician and record producer Viboyo has revealed that before Vinka became one of Uganda’s biggest female stars, she was simply a dancer at the label.

Speaking on The Breakfast Show on NBS Plus, Viboyo said Vinka was even among the dancers in his smash hit song “Zzina.”

At the time, he noted, she had no idea she would one day become an artiste.

According to him, Vinka’s rise did not happen overnight.

After dancing, she moved into artiste management and notably managed singer Irene Ntale.

From there, she took another bold step and switched lanes into music.

Now, she is one of Swangz Avenue’s biggest names.

Viboyo used Vinka’s story to send a message to Gen Z: dreams are valid, and growth is possible.

If she could go from dancer to superstar, then anyone can.

Back then, Vinka never knew she would ever sing because she joined us as a dancer, then went into artiste management, and later became an artiste. So Gen Z, everything is possible.
