Victor Ruz Opens Up About the Scandal That Ended His Relationship
Ugandan singer Victor Ruz has finally broken his silence about a viral video scandal that not only shook his career but also led to the breakdown of a relationship he deeply cherished.
In an emotional revelation, Ruz claimed that someone from his former management team cloned his phone and deliberately leaked the video to blackmail him after a disagreement.
It was sabotage. They threatened to release even more, and that is when I involved the police. Thankfully, they helped bring the situation under control.
But the damage was already done, both publicly and personally.
The scandal cost him his relationship with Patricia Nabakooza of the Triplets Ghetto Kids, a woman he openly admits he loved deeply.
After the video came out, she got angry. I never got the chance to explain my side or ask for forgiveness. She asked for space, and I respected that. Even now, she does not know the full truth about what really happened.
Despite the pain, Ruz says his love for Patricia has never faded.
In fact, even after their breakup, he reached out when she was involved in an accident.
When you truly love someone, it is for a lifetime. I cared for her, and I still do.
As time passes, both Ruz and Patricia are trying to heal.
However, Ruz admits that while Patricia may have moved on, he is still struggling with the emotional scars.
She moved on. I am trying to, but it still hurts.
Ruz ended his heartfelt confession with a simple plea.
Patricia, forgive me. I never meant for things to turn out this way.
