Vybz Kartel Followed Me First on Instagram — A Pass

Ugandan singer A Pass has revealed that Jamaican dancehall star Vybz Kartel followed him on Instagram long before the two started communicating.

Speaking during an interview on NBS After 5, A Pass said he noticed Kartel was following him and decided to send the dancehall icon a message.

He later discovered that Kartel had actually been following him since the time he was still in prison.

A Pass added that he later spoke with Kartel’s manager about a possible collaboration, and the manager even sent him beats for a potential project.

He also addressed the upcoming Vybz Kartel concert in Uganda scheduled for May, saying he would be excited to perform since Kartel is his favorite artiste.

However, A Pass said that even if he is not on the lineup, he will still attend the concert as a fan out of respect for the dancehall legend.
