Wedding Bells Soon, Uncle Chumi Teases Marriage Plans

TikToker-cum-singer Uncle Chumi has once again left fans talking after suggesting that wedding bells could be ringing for her this year.

Speaking in her usual playful style during a chat on Daily Soup, Uncle Chumi reflected on the highlights of 2025 so far, crediting God for major changes in her life.

According to her, the past year came with many blessings, although she chose to keep most of them private.

One thing she was willing to share, however, was that she is no longer single.

I witnessed God work. I got many things last year, things I cannot disclose because I do not brag, but just know I got a lot. The only thing I can disclose is that I got a man.

From there, the conversation quickly turned to marriage.

Uncle Chumi hinted that 2026 could come with serious functions, claiming that a wedding might even take place as early as January 23.

She added that the possible date depends on the return of her man, whom she said would be coming back from Mecca.

But in typical Uncle Chumi fashion, she struggled to recall his exact name.

This year, expect my functions. This very month, around the 23rd, is when they could actually marry me… that is when my man comes back from Mecca because he is Muslim, called Hajarah… Muhammad, I had forgotten.

Of course, many will brush it off as classic Uncle Chumi antics.

Still, with her unpredictable nature, one cannot help but wonder… what if this time, she is actually serious? Just what if…
