“What I Saw in the Video…” AgaNaga on What He Loves Most About Gloria Bugie
Ugandan singer Khalifah AgaNaga has heaped praise on female artiste Gloria Bugie, saying he is impressed by her hustle and would not hesitate to work with her.
Speaking to Sanyuka Uncut, AgaNaga said Bugie has been making smart moves to grow her brand and strengthen her public image.
He added that if she stays consistent with releasing music, she could become one of Uganda’s top female artistes.
Gloria Bugie sings well, and she is very serious. She went to Tanzania and took pictures with notable people. While still in Tanzania, she won an award. She has really sold herself. Everything she has done was to consolidate her public image. If Gloria Bugie continues to release more songs, she is going to become a top female artiste.
But it was his next comment that raised eyebrows.
Asked what he loves most about Bugie, AgaNaga simply pointed to a video, saying:
What I saw in the video.
It remains unclear whether he meant one of her music videos or the leaked clip that previously sparked backlash online.
Either way, AgaNaga made it clear he rates Bugie highly and is open to a collaboration.
I feel concerned for my fellow artists who lost in the elections, and I urge them to accept the results. – Khalifah Aganaga#SanyukaUnCut #SanyukaUpdates #FfeBannoDdala pic.twitter.com/BnVhqUtC8W
