The reality star has opened up about what she now considers her biggest financial mistake after leaving the show.

Speaking during a livestream, Phyna admitted she spent too much of her prize money taking care of family members instead of building long term investments for herself.

I thought I was helping my family members and sorting out their debts. I was spending generously on them.

Relatives constantly approached her for money, but none of them guided her on how to properly manage her sudden wealth.

She even paid for boreholes for some family members before things eventually became complicated.

Her relationship with some relatives changed the moment she could no longer meet their demands.

But now that the money has finished, I’m the only one facing the reality alone.

Phyna won Season 7 of Big Brother Naija in 2022 and received a N100 million prize package.
