Women Who Fight Over Men Are Without Purpose, Says Kapa Cat
Ugandan singer Kapa Cat is giving a fresh perspective on relationships and how she would deal with a polygamous man.
In a sit down with YouTuber Nambwayo Mary, the “Sikyo” hitmaker revealed that she would never fight her man’s other women, if there are any, and instead chooses peace and self focus.
I am a very peaceful person. I stay calm unless someone provokes me. So if a woman is somewhere with her man, in their moment, why would I beat them? I have my own time as well.
She explained that no one can control another human being, not a partner, not a child, not anyone, and that trying to do so only leads to disappointment.
You cannot control humans, and that is something people need to understand. I do not believe in polygamy or monogamy or anything, but I believe that humans are capable of anything. You cannot control a human being, even if it is your child. You wake up one morning and give birth to a child who has their own soul and desires that might differ from yours. Even when you try to force them into what you want, they end up doing what they want. What I am stressing is that you cannot control a human being, and if you want to have peace, just sit back and do your own thing.
Kapa Cat warned that jealousy and fights often come from idleness.
According to her, women who obsess over men or compete with co-wives are simply without purpose.
Fighting one another comes from being idle. Women who fight for men are simply idle and lack anything meaningful to do.
She emphasized that the key to happiness is keeping busy and focusing on oneself.
Even when her man comes to see her, she does not ask about his whereabouts or what he was doing.
