Yemi Solade Questions How Actresses Afford Luxury Cars
Nollywood veteran Yemi Solade has cast doubt on the ability of Nigerian actresses to afford high-end cars like the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon through acting alone.
Speaking on the Honest Bunch podcast, Solade argued that the film industry does not pay enough for such lavish purchases.
According to him, only producing can bring in that level of income, while acting fees fall far short.
He added that many of the cars seen online could be the result of side businesses or generous gifts, not acting salaries.
