Zayra Baby Addresses Income Speculation, Says Influencing Pays “Heavy Money”

At just 21, Ugandan content creator and influencer Zayra Baby has already achieved a lot.

Through brand influencing, she has built a strong public profile and secured a steady income that supports a comfortable lifestyle.

She currently drives a BMW X1 and recently hinted at plans to upgrade to a BMW X5 next year.

However, as often happens on social media, speculation has followed her success.

Some online commentators have questioned whether influencing alone could account for her achievements, with others suggesting she may have additional sources of income unknown to the public.

Speaking to YouTuber Allan Cruz, Zayra Baby addressed the speculation head-on, opening up about where her money comes from and how she has managed to accomplish so much at a young age.

She explained that the bulk of her income comes from influencing, with occasional support from her brother and her manager.

I work hard. I am an influencer. I know people do not understand it. There is a lot of money in influencing, a lot. Heavy money. Most of my money comes from influencing, on top of some support from my brother and my manager. I can tell you I want to drive a car worth Shs100 million, and when you ask me how long it will take, I can say two months, if brands are available and I have given myself time.

As for the BMW X5 upgrade, she revealed that after careful consideration, she may not go through with it.

First of all, it is true I have a BMW X1. I wanted to get an X5, but after weighing the situation, I realized I really need to leave the BMW house.
