‘Marriage Has No Age Limit,’ Florence Nampijja Advises Women Against Rushing

Florence Nampijja has advised young women against rushing into marriage, urging them to ignore societal pressure and wait for the right time.

Speaking on Sanyuka TV, the Ugandan actress said many women feel pressured to settle down by a certain age, but marriage is not a race.

She encouraged young women to remain patient and focus on making the right decision rather than trying to meet other people’s expectations.

To the young girls out there, relax. Marriage has no age limit. Do not force it. When you rush into it, you may face challenges. Relax. The food is enough for all of us. We shall all get our share.

Florence Nampijja noted that many people who marry later in life go on to build stable and successful relationships, while those who rush into marriage sometimes face avoidable challenges.
