How Pawaboy And Jowy Landa Created ‘Ntwala’
What started as a random interview chat ended up giving fans a collaboration between Pawaboy AB and Jowy Landa.
The two artistes came up with the idea for Ntwala while appearing together during an interview before later turning the conversation into an actual song.
For Pawaboy, the idea sounded exciting from the beginning, and things later moved forward after Jowy called him back with approval from her manager.
We both initiated the collaboration. During an interview together, we came up with the idea of doing a song together. After some time, Jowy called me and told me she had talked to her manager and he had approved the collaboration to happen. From there, we made the song.
Away from the music, the rising singer, born Kasule Rashid, dismissed claims that he avoids supporting fellow artistes at concerts and events.
He admitted fans rarely see him on such lineups, but not because he turns people down.
I do not think someone can call me to perform at their event and I refuse. Most times, it turns out that I do not get invited.
