Pretty Banks Says TNS Supports All Artistes Equally, Dismisses Favoritism Talk
Jeff Kiwa’s Team No Sleep (TNS) boasts a talented roster of female artistes, including Ava Peace, Pretty Banks, Jowy Landa, and Pinky.
Known for their afrobeat and dancehall hits, these artistes have captured the attention of listeners in Uganda and possibly beyond.
However, some fans view Ava Peace as the label’s lead artiste, pointing to her frequent releases and strong media presence as evidence.
This has sparked discussions about whether TNS deliberately prioritizes the “London” singer over her labelmates.
In a recent media interview, Pretty Banks addressed these assumptions, emphasizing that the label supports all its artistes equally.
“It could be that Ava Peace’s releases get more attention from the public than ours, but that does not mean that the label does not push our music as well,” she said.
The “Insido” hitmaker added that Ava Peace’s visibility reflects how the audience connects with her music, rather than any intentional favoritism by the label.
