Spice Finally Confirms New Uganda Concert Date
Jameican dancehall star Spice has confirmed a new date for her long awaited concert in Kampala.
The show was originally scheduled for December at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.
However, the event was cancelled just days before it was set to take place.
At the time, Spice said she could not travel due to issues with the promoter, including claims of contract breaches and problems with payment plans.
Organisers later assured fans that tickets already purchased would remain valid once a new date was confirmed.
That update has now arrived.
In a post shared on Instagram on March 2, the singer revealed that the concert is now set for May 9, 2026.
The announcement quickly revived excitement among Ugandan fans who have been waiting months to see the dancehall star perform live.
For now, many supporters are holding onto their tickets and hoping the show finally goes ahead as planned.
