Ava Peace Ready for First Solo Concert, Calls on Promoters to Step In

Calls for a concert from fans may soon become reality for Ava Peace.

The Ugandan songstress, born Namugonza Maureen Peace, says she now feels ready to stage her first solo concert after spending the past few years building her name in the music industry.

For a long time, she believed the timing was not right to take on such a big event.

But after holding several consultations, she now feels confident enough to step onto that stage if a promoter is willing to come on board.

I have been thinking it is not the right time, but after different consultations, I am ready to go for it. If there is any promoter out there who is ready, I am ready as well.

Ava Peace’s growing confidence follows a strong run at recent music awards.

At the HiPipo Music Awards, she won Female Artiste of the Year and Breakthrough Artiste.

She also dominated the Zzina Awards, taking home Artiste of the Year, Female Artiste of the Year, Best Collaboration for “Taabu,” and Best Contemporary Urban Song.

The success has only fueled calls from fans, many of whom have been repeatedly posting “Tuweyo concert” across her social media pages.

For now, there is still no confirmed promoter, date, or venue.
