About Five People Have Been Sharing Tenge Tenge’s Earnings, Says Bruno K
New details have emerged in the ongoing dispute between Tenge Tenge and his former manager Michael Kabonge after both sides came together for a TikTok Live session.
The discussion, which also featured singer Bruno K and Tenge Tenge’s father, offered a closer look at the growing disagreement over the youngster’s social media accounts and earnings.
Among the claims raised during the broadcast was that about five people have been sharing money generated from Tenge Tenge’s content.
Tenge Tenge’s father also disclosed that he received Shs40 million on behalf of his son, money that helped support the young creator and his eight siblings.
The conversation raised fresh questions about how much Tenge Tenge has earned throughout his career after Kabonge reportedly failed to provide clear figures when asked about the youngster’s total earnings.
Ownership of the social media accounts remains at the center of the dispute. Kabonge maintained that the accounts belong to him and insisted he would not return them.
Tenge Tenge’s camp, however, secured an important victory after successfully registering the name “Tenge Tenge,” giving the family ownership of the brand.
The mood shifted towards the end of the broadcast when both sides agreed to meet under the guidance of a lawyer to discuss the future of the accounts and the possibility of working together again.
Viewers also rallied behind the youngster, raising Shs2.7 million towards school fees and daily upkeep during the live session.
Support continued to pour in when a woman identified as Betty donated a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max to help Tenge Tenge resume creating content.
Bruno K later thanked everyone who supported the youngster and promised to share further updates as the matter progresses.
