D Star Praises Eddy Kenzo for Resolving ‘Hoozambe Remix’ Dispute

D Star has publicly praised Eddy Kenzo for stepping in and resolving the misunderstanding between him and Mudra D Viral over the “Hoozambe Remix” dispute.

While appearing on Sanyuka Uncut, the rising singer revealed that Kenzo personally reached out and organized a meeting to settle the matter.

The disagreement had reportedly created tension between D-Star and Mudra after concerns surrounding the remix sparked debate among fans online.

But with Eddy Kenzo stepping in through his role as president of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), the two artistes eventually sat down, talked openly, and resolved their differences.

D Star described Kenzo as a leader who genuinely cares about unity among Ugandan musicians, adding that the intervention showed why many people continue to respect him in the industry.

Now putting the drama behind him, the young singer says he wants to focus fully on growing his music career following the massive success of Hozambe, the freestyle that introduced him to a wider audience across Uganda.
