Karole Kasita Visits Bulange Mengo Ahead of “The Power Within” Concert
Karole Kasita has taken her “The Power Within” concert preparations to the Buganda Kingdom.
The singer recently paid a courtesy visit to the Katikkiro of Buganda, Owekitibwa Charles Peter Mayiga, at Bulange ahead of the May 29, 2026 show at Kampala Serena Hotel.
Sharing details from the meeting on social media, Mayiga revealed that Karole Kasita briefed the kingdom about the upcoming concert.
Karole Kasita (Namulindwa Carol) today visited the Embuga and presented us with the plans for her upcoming concert there on 29 May 2026 at the Serena Hotel.
The meeting also opened discussion about professionalism in Uganda’s entertainment industry, with the Katikkiro encouraging artistes to treat music as serious work and business.
What the Kingdom wants from artistes is to understand that what they are doing is a job, and they should respect it. We want them to do it with skill and make money from it, and others have benefited from their talents.
Mayiga also encouraged concert organizers to maintain proper communication and agreements with artistes.
He later praised Karole Kasita’s stage performance abilities while rallying fans to support the upcoming concert.
Karole is a singer who knows how to use the stage well, and I encourage people to go and support her, to relax and have fun, and let life go on.
