Lydia Jazmine Shares Biggest Sacrifice She Made for Her Career

Lydia Jazmine has revealed that her career came with a personal sacrifice.

The Ugandan singer, born Lydia Nabawanuka, shared that choosing music meant delaying motherhood, a decision she does not take lightly.

In a sit-down with NOW Media UG, she reflected on how different her life might have been without that choice, saying she would likely already be raising children.

Right now I would be having children. I think for me that is the biggest [sacrifice]. The way I love children, right now I would be having like two at least. If it were not for my career, I would be having them.

Now in her early 30s, Jazmine says she feels ready to take that step whenever the time comes.

But I am ready, anytime I will have kids.
