Mesach Semakula Announces ’50 Years of Greatness’ Concert
Veteran Ugandan musician Mesach Semakula has announced a special concert to mark his 50th birthday.
Dubbed “50 Years of Greatness,” the event will take place on November 13, 2026, at Kingdom Kampala.
The singer revealed that the concert will celebrate both his life and career, while also bringing together fans who share the milestone.
Speaking about the event, Semakula invited people born on the same day as him, as well as those turning 50 on November 13, to join him in the celebration.
The concert announcement comes as the singer continues to work on new music, including a forthcoming song titled “Africa.”
Preparations for the event are already underway, with rehearsals and ticket sales expected to begin in the coming months.
Semakula remains one of Uganda’s most celebrated musicians, with a career spanning decades and a catalogue of songs that have earned him a loyal following across generations.
The November concert will mark a major milestone for the singer as he celebrates half a century of life and his contribution to Uganda’s music industry.
