Nina Roz Reveals The One Thing Holding Back Her Conversion To Islam
Nina Roz says she is seriously thinking about converting to Islam, although one part of the religion still leaves her conflicted.
During a conversation on Tawfiq Media, the singer admitted she struggles with the idea of polygamy because of how jealous she can get in relationships.
I do not want to be made wife number 2 or wife number 3. A whole woman like me? I want to be wife number 1, number 2, number 3, and 4.
Even with those concerns, Nina Roz says the deeper principles of Islam continue pulling her closer to the religion, especially the consistency she believes exists within its teachings.
The principles of Islam make you want to fall in love with Islam because I love the beauty and the fact that they do not change. I have never heard of a Quran new testament or old testament, which makes me believe the Quran is truthful because it never changes.
The “Billboard Kipande” star also finds comfort in the fact that some Muslim men still choose to stay with one wife despite Islam permitting up to four wives.
And once she officially converts, she already knows one of the first changes she wants to make in her life.
I would change my dress code and of course make other people fall in love with Islam through practicing it the rightful way.
