Seun Kuti Claims IShowSpeed’s Africa Tour Was a Spy Mission for Elon Musk
Nigerian singer Seun Kuti has raised fresh questions online after sharing a surprising take on IShowSpeed’s recent visit to Africa.
In a viral video, Seun suggested the tour may have had a hidden purpose. He claimed he only became aware of the alleged plan a few days ago, long after the trip had ended.
The singer also opened up about a personal experience that left him puzzled. According to him, the tour’s promoter and producer initially reached out to arrange a meeting in Nigeria. He agreed, but said communication suddenly stopped once they arrived. His calls and messages, he added, went unanswered.
That moment appears to have shaped his suspicions.
Seun went on to allege that Elon Musk backed the tour to quietly assess satellite coverage across parts of Africa. He pointed to visits to remote locations as part of what he believes was a wider plan.
There is no public evidence supporting this claim, and neither IShowSpeed nor Elon Musk has addressed it.
Earlier this year, IShowSpeed toured more than 20 African countries, presenting the trip as an effort to celebrate local culture and connect with fans across the continent.
